                         pesquisa documental e levantou 14 eventos de alagamento entre 2011 
                         a 2018 e associando com ilhas de calor do mapa termal p{\^o}de 
                         delimitar as zonas de calor onde esses eventos ocorreram 
                         estabelecendo faixas de valores que indicam altas temperaturas 
                         para regi{\~o}es com pouca ou nenhuma vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o e com 
                         presen{\c{c}}a de eventos de alagamento. ABSTRACT: The presence 
                         of floods in large cities is directly associated with the 
                         reduction or absence of vegetation and the increase of 
                         waterproofing of urban soils. To demonstrate the correlation 
                         between these factors, this work used documentary research and 
                         raised 14 flood events from 2011 to 2018. In addition, associating 
                         those with heat islands of the thermal map was able to delimit the 
                         zones of heat where these events occurred establishing ranges of 
                         values that indicate high temperatures for regions with little or 
                         no vegetation and with flooding events.",
